This is to acknowledge receipt of you confirmation in which you denied/declined the author to the Order of your inheritance fund payment placed before us to release it to these people: Mr. Tim Parker, Mr. Roland Gulf who had posed the claimant of the entitlement. Thus, we thank you for the confirmation of the information. Right now, the Security Department of this Authority in collaboration with the Nigeria Laws Enforcement Agents (Police) having been alerted about this malicious intent of the people, they have taken immediate action to make arrest in order for us to have a conducive atmosphere to address this ugly hypothetic scenario of your fund release.

In pursuance to outstanding debts settlement, this present Civilian Administration in Nigeria new financial policy 2013, we received Order from the Senate Debt Reconciliation committee (SDRC) compelling our bank, the Central Bank of Nigeria, to overhaul and settle all financial matters relating to outstanding payments. So in the course of exercising and executing the order, we discovered that there are many contracts, Inheritance entitlements and supplies which are still pending for settlement.

The second option is that in case you will not be able to honour the invitation, you therefore have to apply for us to appoint a Government Accredited Attorney to represent you for the endorsement exercise. But one thing is common and compulsory for the two options, the government fee, US$6,550.00. which you must pay prior to endorsement.

It is imperative to inform you that due to the present Government policy on monetary matters (Bill) passed to the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) by the Senate Debts Reconciliation Committee (SDRC), any inappropriate fund such as this awaiting final endorsement prior to remittance, on no condition within the jurisdiction of the Central Bank of Nigeria Authority to enforce its legal power over the fund to effect any form of transaction; such as settlement of other debt, fee deduction of any kind and bond guarantee etc on the principal amount before the beneficiary's signature is appended on the FRO classified official document for its final remittance by the Remittance Department of the Bank. The bill was passed by the Government in order to control and curtail fraudulent activities/stealing and diversion of Government funds which is taking place within the Bank. At this juncture, do make urgent arrangement to come forward to sign for your fund.

Alternatively, you can apply by Power of Attorney for the service of the Government Accredited Attorneys to sign the High Classified Official Document (Fund Release Order) on your behalf which will prompt the final release of your fund and effect Wire Transfer by the Remittance Department. Under this condition, you are obliged to sign the Power of Attorney and pay the Administrative and Endorsement fee, US$6,550.00 to our Account Department, also forward your International Identification and your banking information to effect wire transfer of the fund to your account accordingly.

In the light of the above, we earnestly anticipate your fullest cooperation in opting for any of the above for the signing ceremony of your fund.

    Best Regards,
