Greetings to you,
I know that this letter may come to you as a surprise; I got your contact address from the computerized search. My name is Mr. Shiqiang Wu; Vice President & General Manager, Bank of China, New York U.S.A. In my bank, I discovered an abandoned sum of $855,000,000.00 (Eight Hundred and Fifty Five Million United States Dollars) in an account that belongs to one of our customer Ms. Leona Helmsley AKA (Queen of Mean) who died of congestive heart failure, at the age of 87, on August 20, 2007, at her summer home in Greenwich, Connecticut.
You can find out more on this website:http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/20358637/ns/business- us_business/t/queen-mean- leona-helmsley-dies/
Since I got information about her death I have been expecting her next of kin to come over and claim her money because w e cannot release it unless somebody applies for it as the beneficiary or relation to the deceased as indicated in our banking guidelines, but unfortunately we learnt that there is no Next of Kin to her account because she willed most of her assets to her Dog.
It is therefore upon this discovery that I decided to make this business proposal to you and release the money to you as Beneficiary to the deceased for safety and subsequent disbursement since nobody is coming for it and I don't want the money to go into the bank treasury as unclaimed bill.
The banking guidelines stipulate that the fund should be transferred into the bank treasury after 5years if nobody is coming for the claim. I have agreed that 33% of this money will be for you as my partner in respect to the provision of your account for the transfer and 67% would be for me, after which I shall visit you for disbursement according to the percentage as indicated.
Please I would like you to keep t his transaction confidential and as a top secret as you may wish to k now that I am a bank official and would not want my bank to know that I am behind this transaction.
Please, for confidentiality here is my private email: (mr_shiqiangwu@yahoo.com.sg)
Yours sincerely,
Mr.Shiqiang Wu
General Manager, Bank of China U.S.A
